1適用範圍

這份條款適用於焦慮戳戳樂 App（以下簡稱「App」），由 Tofus Wang 提供。你從 App Store 下載，也同時適用 Apple 的標準授權條款（Licensed Application End User License Agreement）；兩者不同時，以這份條款為準，但不影響 Apple 標準條款賦予你的權利。我們怎麼處理資料，寫在隱私權政策。

2不是醫療器材

App 是一顆讓你把焦慮戳出來的按鈕，加上你自己的紀錄。它不是醫療器材，不提供診斷、治療或醫療建議，統計和排行也不代表任何健康狀態。如果你覺得撐不住，請找身邊信任的人、專業人員，或當地的緊急求助專線。

3系列、一年簽和專業焦慮人士證明

• 免費的部分：大紅按鈕、排行，以及改主按鈕的文字、換背景照片、選飄出來的表情，都不用付錢。紅按鈕小遊戲一個系列一個系列推出，每個系列都有免費的關卡；第一個系列「台灣按鈕」裡，公車下車鈴和夾娃娃機免費。
• 一年簽：自動續訂的訂閱，每期一年，期間內已經推出的系列全部能玩。到期後，所有系列回到只剩免費的關卡。一年簽沒有證明，也沒有編號。
• 專業焦慮人士證明：付一次，不會過期，之後不會再扣款。所有系列都能玩，包括以後推出的；你會拿到一張印著你的名字、專長和編號的專業焦慮人士證明（也可以加上你自己取的代號）。證明是 App 裡好玩的東西，不是任何官方證照或身分證件。「一直能玩」和「不會過期」指的是這個 App 還在提供服務的期間，不是保證 App 會一直營運下去。
• 以後的系列：購買畫面只列已經推出的系列。我們沒有承諾新系列推出的時間或數量；「包括以後推出的」是指推出了就能玩。
• 證明的登入：付款後馬上所有系列都能玩，不用登入。要拿到印著名字和編號的證明，才需要用 Apple 或 Google 登入，可以之後再回來辦。
• 價格：以你所在地區 App Store 購買畫面上顯示的價格為準，由 Apple 用你的 Apple 帳號收費。購買即表示你同意立即提供，因此不適用 7 天鑑賞期。
• 自動續訂（一年簽）：每期一年。除非你在本期結束前至少 24 小時關掉自動續訂，否則 Apple 會在本期結束前 24 小時內收取下一期的費用。
• 取消（一年簽）：在 App「我的」分頁按「關掉續訂」，或到 iPhone 的「設定」>「你的名字」>「訂閱」管理或取消。取消後，一年簽用到本期結束為止。刪除 App 或刪除帳號，都不會取消一年簽。
• 扣款沒成功（一年簽）：Apple 重新扣款的寬限期內照常可玩；寬限期結束還沒扣成功，一年簽就到期。
• 一年簽改買證明：要先關掉一年簽的續訂才能買證明，購買畫面會直接打開 Apple 的訂閱畫面讓你關掉。已經付的那一年照樣用到期，之後不會再扣。這是第一次辦證，會拿到新的編號。
• 不折抵：已經付過的一年簽，不會折抵之後購買的價格。
• 退款：由 Apple 依它的規定處理，我們沒辦法直接退款。可以到 reportaproblem.apple.com 申請。一年簽退款成功後，所有系列回到只剩免費的關卡；證明退款成功後，證明會作廢、代號會釋出，之後再辦會拿到新的編號。
• 代號：辦了證明可以取一個代號，印在你的證明上，也可以不取。3–20 個字，小寫英文、數字和底線，英文字母開頭；不能跟別人重複，24 小時內只能改一次。已經有人用的、保留給官方的，以及不雅或仇恨的字詞不能用。改了代號、刪除帳號，或證明因退款作廢，原本的代號就會馬上釋出，別人可以取。代號只是證明上的一行字，不代表你擁有這個名字或任何商標。
• 清除代號和停用帳號：代號不雅、仇恨或冒用別人時，我們可以把它清掉，你可以照規則重取，被清掉的字之後可能不能再用。違反這份條款時，我們可以停用你的帳號，之後也可能恢復。停用期間證明會收起來，編號不會發給別人；所有系列（包括證明能玩的系列）跟著你的 Apple 帳號，照樣能玩。
• 編號：只有證明有編號，照辦證順序由伺服器發出，不會發給第二個人。你刪除帳號，或證明因退款作廢，原本的編號就不會再回來。編號和代號都不能轉讓或買賣。
• 換手機：一年簽和證明能玩的系列，用同一個 Apple 帳號按「恢復購買」就會回來，不用登入；證明上的名字、專長、代號和編號，登入同一個帳號就會回來。證件照只存在手機上，要重拍。
• 家人共享：兩種買法都不開放家人共享。

4排行

• 全球排行和地區排行只有榮譽，沒有獎品、獎金或任何兌換。
• 地區是依你戳的時候從哪裡連線來判斷，不代表國籍或身分。
• 為了公平，每一秒和每一天能算進去的次數都有上限。用程式、自動點擊或其他方式灌次數的，我們可以不把那些次數算進排行。

5你的名字和照片

證明上的名字和照片只印在你自己的證明上，不會公開給其他人看。請不要用別人的照片或冒用別人的名字。

6App 的改變

我們會持續改 App，功能可能增加、調整或停止。如果付費內容有重大改變，會在 App 裡說明。這份條款有變動時，我們會更新這一頁和上方的生效日期。

1Scope

These terms apply to the 焦慮戳戳樂 (Panic Tracker) app (the "App"), provided by Tofus Wang. Because you get the App from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where the two differ, these terms prevail, without limiting any rights Apple's standard agreement gives you. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.

2Not a medical device

The App is a button for tapping out your anxiety, plus your own records. It is not a medical device and gives no diagnosis, treatment or medical advice; its statistics and rankings say nothing about anyone's health. If you feel you can't cope, reach out to someone you trust, a professional, or your local crisis line.

3Series, Yearly Pass and Pro Worrier Certificate

• What's free: the big red button, the rankings, and changing the main button's text, its background photo and the emoji that pop out cost nothing. Button games come out one series at a time, and every series has free games; in the first series, 台灣按鈕 (Taiwan Buttons), the bus stop bell and the claw machine are free.
• Yearly Pass: an auto-renewing subscription, one year per period, that lets you play every series released so far while it is active. When it ends, every series goes back to its free games. The Yearly Pass comes with no certificate and no number.
• Pro Worrier Certificate: paid once, never expires and is never charged again. It lets you play every series, including ones released later; you get a Pro Worrier Certificate showing your name, specialty and number (and a username you choose, if you want one). The certificate is a playful thing inside the App, not an official credential or proof of identity. "Now and later" and "never expires" mean for as long as the App is offered; they are not a promise that the App will run forever.
• Future series: the purchase screen lists only series that are already out. We make no promise about when or how many new series will come; "including ones released later" means that when one is released, you can play it.
• Sign-in for the certificate: right after paying, every series is playable with no sign-in. Only to get the certificate with your name and number do you sign in with Apple or Google, and you can come back for it later.
• Price: as shown on the App Store purchase screen for your region, charged by Apple to your Apple Account. Refunds are handled by Apple.
• Auto-renewal (Yearly Pass): each period is one year. Unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends, Apple charges for the next period within 24 hours before it ends.
• Cancelling (Yearly Pass): tap Turn Off Renewal on the Me tab in the App, or manage or cancel in your iPhone's Settings > your name > Subscriptions. After cancelling, the pass stays active until the end of the current period. Deleting the App or your account does not cancel the Yearly Pass.
• Payment didn't go through (Yearly Pass): during Apple's billing grace period the pass keeps working; if payment still fails when it ends, the pass expires.
• Getting the certificate after a Yearly Pass: turn off your Yearly Pass renewal first; the purchase screen opens Apple's subscription screen so you can do it. You keep the time you have paid for and will not be charged again. This is your first certificate, with a new number.
• No credit: a Yearly Pass you have already paid for is not credited toward a later purchase.
• Refunds: handled by Apple under its own rules; we cannot issue refunds directly. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Once a Yearly Pass is refunded, every series goes back to its free games. Once a certificate is refunded, it is revoked and its username is released; getting a new one gives you a new number.
• Username: with a certificate you can choose a username to print on it, or leave it blank. It is 3–20 lowercase letters, numbers or underscores, starting with a letter; it must be unique, and you can change it once every 24 hours. Usernames that are taken, reserved for official use, or offensive or hateful are not allowed. When you change your username, delete your account, or your certificate is revoked after a refund, the old one is released at once and anyone can take it. A username is only a line on your certificate; it gives you no ownership of that name or of any trademark.
• Cleared usernames and disabled accounts: if a username is offensive, hateful or impersonates someone, we may clear it; you can choose a new one under the usual rules, and the cleared word may be blocked from future use. If you break these terms, we may disable your account, and we may later restore it. While it is disabled, your certificate is hidden and its number is never given to anyone else; every series you can play, including those your certificate covers, stays with your Apple Account and still works.
• Numbers: only the certificate has a number. The server issues numbers in order and never gives the same number to two people. Once you delete your account, or the certificate is revoked after a refund, that number never comes back. Numbers and usernames cannot be transferred or sold.
• New phone: tap Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account to get back your Yearly Pass and every series your certificate covers, with no sign-in; sign in to the same account to get back the name, specialty, username and number on your certificate. The certificate photo is stored only on your phone and needs retaking.
• Family Sharing: not available for either.

4Rankings

• The global and regional rankings are for bragging rights only: no prizes, money or rewards of any kind.
• Your region is based on where you connect from when you tap, not your nationality or identity.
• To keep it fair, only a limited number of taps per second and per day count. Taps from scripts, auto-clickers or similar tricks may be left out of the rankings.

5Your name and photo

The name and photo on your certificate appear only on your own certificate and are never shown to anyone else. Please don't use someone else's photo or name.

6Changes to the App

We keep improving the App, so features may be added, changed or retired. If paid features change significantly, we will explain it in the App. If these terms change, we will update this page and its effective date.
